1 cup beef stock (from preparing a beef roast in water)
2 teaspoons distilled white vinegar
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Stir all ingredients together in a bowl and cook with your favorite foods. Or, heat in a pan to mix flavors and chill for future use.
